Prime packer beef brisket from our friends at Sherwood Meats in Northern Ireland. Each brisket is carefully prepared the day before where it is seasoned with an authentic BBQ rub, imported from Texas. It's then cooked 'low-n-slow' on Al's favourite BBQ smoker over speciality wood types for 10-16 hours until juicy and tender. After this, BBQ will never taste the same again.
